Return & Refund Policy

At DTFNortheast, we stand behind the quality of our DTF transfers and custom print services. If your order arrives with a defect or an issue, we’re committed to making it right.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once production has started. However, we do offer returns in the following cases:

  • The transfer arrives with clear and verifiable defects (e.g., missing design elements, misprints, or damage during production).

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos showing the issue before any use or pressing.

  • The transfer has not been applied or altered in any way.

If the issue is confirmed, we may ask for the unused transfers to be returned to us before processing a refund or replacement.

 


 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and reviewed your unused product, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method for confirmed defective items.

  • Offer a partial refund or store credit if the transfers were used but the issue stemmed from a production error.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for application errors (pressing at wrong settings, peeling issues due to improper handling, etc.).

  • We do not refund or replace garments that were pressed using defective transfers unless the garments were purchased from DTFNortheast.

 

30 Day Policy
1. Inks, film, powder and other printing supplies
Items must be returned in original packaging and unopened for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fee is non refundable. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to DTF Northeast. Returns not accepted on damaged goods caused by the carrier. In this case, a representative from DTF Northeast will assist you in filing a claim with the respective shipping company if needed.
If a refund is requested for the undamaged, unopened materials in their original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total cost of goods. There is no restocking fee for store credit.


FINAL SALES:
2. Printers and equipment
NO refunds or returns on any DTF printers, Converted/ modified DTF printers or the likes. If printers are damaged in transit by the carrier, a claim must be filled with the respective shipping company. DTF Northeast can assist with that if needed. If the printer is defective upon receiving it, please contact DTF Northeast. We will attempt to troubleshoot remotely and resolve the issue if possible.
3. Software and downloads
NO refunds or returns on software. This includes activation codes and key dongles.

Cancellations
4. Processing fee
A 5% processing fee will apply to the total amount for any cancelled orders. Orders can only be cancelled before DTF Northeast packs and ships your order. Once an order is packed and a shipping label is created, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
